General Purposes: BAM Bunker Studios must be used for musical purposes only, within the general scope of karaoke, music rehearsal, lessons, recording, or other reasonable musical purposes.
Cleanliness: BAM Bunker Studios must maintain a clean and professional atmosphere.
Liability and Conduct: Clients agree to accept full financial responsibility for any and all actual or proximate cause damages that occur at BAM Bunker Studios as a result of their actions or the actions of their guests during their session. “Guests” are defined as any accompanying individuals.
Rule Violation: Accompanying individuals and/or guests who violate these Rules and Regulations constitute a violation by the Client, and the Client will be held fully liable for their actions. No other persons are allowed to enter the property or the studio unless accompanied at all times by BAM Bunker Studios staff or an Authorized User.
Capacity Control: Clients are allowed a maximum of 6 guests while renting the space. Sessions that exceed the maximum may be nullified with no refund. Larger groups require prior approval and are subject to an additional fee.
Parking: No overnight parking. BAM Bunker Studios is not responsible for towing or parking citations issued by the city, county or state.
Building Conduct: No loitering in the hallways or hostile behavior. Disrespectful actions toward other users of the property or BAM Bunker Studios staff will not be tolerated.
Contraband: Illegal drugs, firearms, pyrotechnics, and hazardous materials are not permitted on the property.
Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the studio and anywhere else inside the building. Smoking must be done outside, at least 20 feet from any entrance.
Dining: Outside food and drinks are allowed but must be kept away from all equipment at all times. Spills will result in cleaning fees or replacement charges.
Alcohol: BAM Bunker Studios does not sell, serve or distribute alcohol. Guests 21 and over may bring their own. All guests must sign a waiver and show a valid ID upon arrival, and this is mandatory with no exceptions. Posted signage must be followed. Public intoxication and underage drinking are prohibited and will not be tolerated.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations are charged in full at the time of booking. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the reservation receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours receive a 50% refund. No refunds are given after the reservation begins. Sessions that run over the booked time are charged a late fee of $20 for each 10-minute increment.
